We have worked closely with The Project Academy over a number of years, successfully driving project management performance and results in Shell, United Utilities, Heathrow Airport and Transport for London. The Project Academy specialise in improving individual, team and organisational project, programme and portfolio management capability. This complements OPL’s expertise in writing project and programme management competence and capability frameworks, which can be aligned to the professional accreditation requirements of Association of Project Management, for example.
OPL is part of a consortium between The Project Academy, PA Consulting and Cranfield University, delivering a five-year, £15 million project with senior project managers in the Cabinet Office.
