We start with a “discovery” phase where, over the course of a few workshops, we explore the client’s aims and identify the key deliverables, whilst also identifying added value actions that, from our experience, can hugely impact engagement and return on investment. In the public sector we have supported leadership development programmes in central government, as well as transformation and OD projects in local government, charities, housing associations and care providers.
