Personal Development Plans (PDPs) capture development needs and priorities that are aligned to business needs and ambition. Learning and development resources can centrally provided and/or individually designed and sourced. Options can include structured coaching/mentoring,  on-line resources,  training courses and  formal qualifications or staff can propose their own bespoke development activities. OPL offers a range of online development tools, including Coaching and Mentoring Programmes and a business objectives cascade module. OPL also provides methodologies to measure the effectiveness of development interventions and evidence the relative ROI.
