The OPL team have been providing HR, OD, Transformation and Competency consultancy since 1995. Well over 150 client organisations have benefitted from our help and some have continued to be our clients for many different projects for 5, 10 or even 20 years.

OPL have worked in the public sector, with government departments supporting leadership development and with local government supporting transformation. In the private sector we have worked in Energy, Engineering, Construction, Highways, Rail, Retail, Legal, Housing and Charities. We have worked with a wide range of departments in large organisations supporting culture change, reorganisation, values and competency frameworks and related process change.

In our early years we focused on projects around the use of behavioural and technical competencies, for employee and leadership development and performance management. Coupled with this we added objective setting, appraisal and talent development. This focus widened over the years into many new and exciting areas, with projects all over the UK, Europe, Africa and Australia.

Our team now have both breadth and depth of experience and expertise to help organisations become more focused, raise delivery levels, skills, behaviours and agility to meet the challenges of the 2020s.
