Menter Môn was established 20 years ago to deliver EU rural development programmes on the island of Anglesey. In response to the planned decommissioning of Anglesey’s nuclear power stations, the Shaping the Future (StF) project was aimed at improving the skills and adaptability of those working at the power stations. OPL provided StF with a redeployment database capable of retaining and analysing the CV’s, education, qualifications, training, skills and experience information for 1,400 staff who were re-skilling in anticipation of being redeployed out of the nuclear facilities in North Wales.
