Clients include the Cabinet Office, Ministry of Defence, Welsh Assembly Government, local authorities and the Big Lottery Fund. OPL has been supporting the Cabinet Office since 2014 with the delivery of a development programme for a senior leaders in the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, driving accountability, agility and governance, improving service delivery, reducing costs and increasing leadership competence and capability. Energy, Oil and Manufacturing

Clients include Shell, Coca Cola, Hovis, Npower and the Welsh nuclear industry. We have Shell, who we have been supporting since 2002. Shell have implemented our software for global communities of between 4,000 and 30,000 staff, requiring flexible and scaleable software that meets robust and complex security standards. We also partner with Shell to deliver a long-term initiative for senior programme and commercial leaders, ensuring best-in-class world leading standards and a consistent focus on driving continuous improvement, through a structured and transparent accreditation process to recognise and reward capability and contribution.

Professional Services

Clients include PWC, SGH Martineau and the Legal Ombudsman, where we have developed competency frameworks, role profiles and related software to assist professional firms with fee-earner and support staff appraisal and development and executive 360º assessment and feedback.
